The good 'old boys out in Iowa got down and dirty last week at the premier of the new Standard video, Stronger Than All. The team guys have been filming for a couple years and some of the mini ramp riding is insane. Harry Deplete did all the editing and, as always, added a military/apocalyptic tone to the whole production. For what it's worth, at least it isn't an intro of time-lapse sunsets for once.
Here are a couple shots of the video premier that Moliterno held at a movie house in Davenport, IA. You can see many chavs choking dick and/or jocking out. For real though, Rob Ridge does some insane tech mini ramp riding, Dan Sieg does a double whip 180 over a street spine and John Rodgers get towed in by a Buick to tailwhip a street gap. Eventually there will be a DVD box set coming out with all the old SBC videos, re-mastered and some re-edited. Rumor has it that they will come in old ammo boxes from the military surplus store, but that is just what I heard.
Also, I heard another un-confirmed rumor that Moliterno is joning the BMX parts arms race by moving a machine shop to Iowa so he can keep up with the Jones'. Should be interesting....
