This is what happens to the little tiny pieces of bone that chip off and float around in your knee. Calcium builds up all around it and before you know it one of these lil guys is stuck in your joint when you are 6-ft out on a tailwhip and your leg is locked in dog-piss mode. Or it is a piece of popcorn popping.
